I’m at my best when working with people to thrive, particularly at work. To deliver performance when it matters. Finding meaning, engagement and happiness in what we do.
I have been exploring these topics all my life through: my hands-on work with executives, managers and their teams as an HR leader; my study and research in the fields of positive psychology, behavioural and wellbeing science; and as a former international athlete and coach.
In different roles I have commissioned, delivered and designed organisational wide transformation initiatives and understand the importance of embedding change which goes beyond structures and is supported by sustained behaviour change.
I am a chartered fellow of both the CIPD and the Australian HR Institute, and have a first class Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne .

I’m naturally curious and inquisitive, always wanting to know ‘why?’. People know me for being super organised, overly competitive and a critical thinker.
My main interests lie in selection and assessment, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Across all my work, it is important for me to reflect and develop, and to critically analyse information before reaching a conclusion.
In 2015 I graduated with a Master’s in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield. I have since published research into leadership emergence, and am always looking to translate theory into practice.
In my numerous HR roles at the University of Sheffield, I have worked on complex, high-profile projects across the organisation. I am currently trialling an innovative approach to talent attraction and have delivered psychometric assessments for recruitment campaigns.
