Crafting Conversations
Crafting Conversations.
We’re creating a series of video interviews exploring how individuals and teams have used and benefited from job crafting in their work. What makes this series so awesome is the diversity of people we’re going to be interviewing. We hope to interview people from all over the world in a variety of different job roles to showcase the diversity and power of job crafting.
For those of you who don’t know job crafting is the personalisation of our jobs. Through employee-led activities, jobs can be adapted and shaped outside of their fundamental structure to align with an employee’s strengths, skills or interests.
Being able to tailor our job in this way encourages us to find our work meaningful and worthwhile.
