It’s time to get personal about wellbeing.
Using an online learning module participants explore a range of interactive, evidence-based and action-orientated exercises that will enable them to establish positive and personal wellbeing goals.
At the end of the activity participants receive a personalised PDF summarising their wellbeing goals and providing hints and tips for improving their overall health and energy levels.
Content
The module has 2 key themes - exploration and experimentation. Participants go through these sections at the their own pace and in as much detail as they need. it is possible to start and stop the sessions at any time.
The Buoyant Wellbeing model encourages and enables people to improve their health, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
The sessions give employees and team leaders greater confidence in exploring and discussing their wellbeing and taking positive steps to foster their mental and physical health.
