Connecting head and heart in Higher Education
Tailored Thinking are a positive psychology, wellbeing, and HR consultancy.
We strive to be a force for good in the world of work within and across Higher Education.
You can think of us as the bridge between your University’s head and heart.
Rather than focusing primarily on problems and deficits, we galvanise individual, team, and organisational strengths to overcome challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
We bring fresh, evidence-based, perspectives to leadership, wellbeing, performance and change.
We love what we do. And we’re (really) good at it too.
