Job Crafting Conversations:
Unleash Your People To Drive Engagement and Performance (Webinar)
Much in the same way we can personalise our clothes, tins of chocolate or greeting cards, we can also personalise our jobs, something known as job crafting. Being able to tailor our role in this way encourages us to find our work meaningful and worthwhile. In his new book, "Personalization at Work", Rob Baker, Founder and Chief Positive Deviant at Tailored Thinking, explores the benefits of designing our work around our talents, strengths and passions, and offers insight into how to bring job crafting to life in the workplace. To celebrate the launch of "Personalization at Work", Hive HR hosted a discussion alongside Rob and an esteemed panel of HR and people leaders. This panel discussion centred around job crafting; sharing evidence, stories and new ideas about how to stimulate and sustain an outstanding and personalised people experience.
