Job Crafting Panel Discussion:

Unleash Your People To Drive Engagement and Performance

To celebrate the launch of Rob’s book, “Personalization at Work”, Hive HR hosted a panel discussion alongside Rob and an esteemed panel of HR and people leaders to have some really interesting and insightful conversations about job crafting and how to stimulate and sustain an outstanding and personalised people experience. This event had a global audience, with 146 people tuning in from across the world. You can view the recorded and subtitled version of the webinar below.

Building on the comments and questions received on the day and after the event we’ve put together some resources for you. These include: a job crafting guide; a more in-depth look at the benefits of job crafting; an overview of the different types of job crafting; and some ideas to bring job crafting to life in your organisation.
