What information does Tailored Thinking collect?

We will only ever collect the information needed to provide our core services of: employee, manager and leadership development; management consultancy and coaching.

When you provide personal information to us or we collect personal information from other sources, we will treat that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy

Examples of information we collect might include: sign up email addresses for courses and newsletters, notes taking during training sessions and coaching records. Specific personal and identifiable information that we may collect will typically include your name, postal address, phone number and email address. You may also provide personal information to us when you contact us via the form on our website, or by email, telephone or letter.

You don't have to disclose any of this information, however, if you do choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services in full.

Collecting insights about how users use our digital tools

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize their service and experience in terms of our digital tools (including our website and the Job Canvas). Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

What do we do with information you provide?

We will use the information you provide to:

▪       Fulfil our contractual obligations to you e.g. making contact to schedule meetings and reviewing notes to prepare for training sessions, consultancy meetings or one-to-one coaching sessions

▪       Process invoices, payments and verify financial transactions

▪       Record any specific contact we have with you where you personal information is relevant and required

▪       Provide you with information that we think may be of interest to you, only if you have agreed to it.

We will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have opted in to receive this through our website and / or subscribed to receive our newsletter. You can opt out of receiving this at any time, by writing to [email protected].

Sharing of your personal information

Your personal information will be not shared or provided to any other third party unless doing so is a necessary part of lawful data processing. We do not and will never sell personal information to others.

Information security

We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data. We make sure that your information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorised disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical measures and appropriate policies. Any paper documentation containing sensitive personal information is securely kept at our offices.

We will only keep your data for the purpose it was collected for and only for as long as is necessary, after which it will be deleted.

 We will not usually send sensitive personal information by email; however, if you choose to send information of this nature to us we will do our best to protect it.

Summary

In accordance with the law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for correspondence, information and service provision.  We do not use profiling, we do not sell or pass your data to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes other than those specified. We make sure your data is stored securely. We delete all information deemed to be no longer necessary. We regularly review our privacy policy and practice to keep it up to date in protecting your data.
